After waking up this morning, I got up from my bed and sat down. I laid down in bed again and after 5-10 minutes, I think that I got a sleep paralysis. It felt a bit tingling and there were minor vibrations. I didn't have the patience for WILD, rolled over and fell asleep (I had school today). Was this sleep paralysis?

ALSO:
I usually just count when trying to stay aware.
(1, I am aware. 2, I am aware. Etc.)
Is this a good method and do you have any other advice?
