      Influencing dreams through auto suggestion

      Auto suggestion doesn't seem to be working, although i only tried it one night and i'll try it again tonight so how can i make auto suggestion work for me? I'm trying to dream of what i want to dream about through auto suggestion.

      It could take plenty longer than just a day for auto-suggestion to work.
      Keep writing in your dream journal, keep reality checking, keep trying new things, and just keep up the good habits in general.
