      Please enlighten me...

      I can definitely say that the WBTB method of inducing lucid dreams is very effective...
      I have 4 to 5 LDs every week using a variation on this technique so thank you very much...
      However as soon as I attain lucidity The thought that I simply must do something meaningful occurs...
      and being uninformed about the actual goal of lucid dreaming I fiddlefart around for a while change dreams a few times, fly around and enjoy pushing my head through windows and walls...
      If anyone can guide me to the next step I would be more than grateful...
