My advice, don't use that kind of autosuggestion. You will start to lose faith and interest by saying you will do this and end up not doing it. |

Why won't the habit of reality checks carry on to my dreams |

What I find helpful is to determine what you want to do in your up coming dreaming sessions two hours before sleeping. While I haven't extensively tried this, I have noticed that generally whatever I do two hours prior to sleeping appears in my dreams. By the way, it takes a LONG time to carry thoughts into your dreams. I mean, not for everyone, but I think most people will agree that it takes a long time. When I first started lucid dreaming it was easier for me to input info that I wanted to happen in my dreams. |

Do you only do reality checks before you go to bed? Associating reality checks with dreams signs is a really good idea, along with doing them on a schedule of sorts, so you're doing multiple ones a day. |

White girl, you can ask her what the dick be like
And monster madness doing drive-bys on a fuckin fixie bike
Fuck it moron, snortin oxycontin, wearin cotton,
Oxymoron like buff faggots playin sissy dykes
You should do more Reality Checks throughout the day, instead of just doing them before you go to bed. |

I do RC all day, I even do it to the point where it gets tiring. It used to pass over into my dreams but now not anymore? I think it's because I'm usually at home. |

Make sure you don't just do RCs, but you really question reality. Even if you do RCs in a dream, if you're just doing it habitually, it would give false positives. 2 nights ago, I did the hands and nose RC. I had normal hands, and couldn't breath with nose closed. That's because I didn't actually ask myself "Is this a dream?" |

Thanks conkt I can see how that would help |

For starters, you need to identify multiple dreamsigns. Five would be the minimum I would recommend. Say your dreamsigns are the following: |

-plugs thread's detached power cord back into wall socket- Try Galantamine and Choline Bitartrate OP. Since you seem to be into LD-related pills, I recommend the reading the book "Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The Power of Supplements" by Thomas Yuschak. It's a phenomenal book and I have had some really high level lucid dreams courtesy of the knowledge gained from that book. Galantamine, and Choline Bitartrate were just some of the supplements covered. |
