      Rhythmic Napping

So I've been using the rhythmic timer suggested by the Salt Cube video and I really like it. I've had one lucid dream out of probably 5-6 tries which I think is pretty good. But thats not my question. I usually enter sleep paralysis before the first timer goes off but when the first alarm (or anyone thereafter) wakes me up, its a startled awakening and i get this rush of tingling feeling spread throughout my whole body starting from my neck-ish area and jolts through my body really quickly. I wonder if anyone else has gotten this feeling/ if this feeling is part of the sleep paralysis the body uses to keep the body still (like a wave of adrenaline sent through your body but sleep paralysis (if you can kinda get what I mean by this..)) because I can't move anything when I'm startled awake. It happens really quickly then kind of lingers in my extremities for a few more seconds. Anyone have any suggestions as to what it is? Thanks!
