      I don't think so. I think the majority of lucid dreams make people feel refreshed and awake and energized (it's usually naturals who I read about being exhausted), and with the wide spectrum of consciousness and awareness that people can have while sleeping, I don't know why simply being aware of the fact that you're dreaming would be so incredibly detrimental as to make you feel exhausted when you wake up.

      oh right, i just thought that being conscious in a dream would be the same as being conscious in real life, therefore lucid dreaming (conscious dreaming) is the same as being awake, and not getting proper sleep.
