Need help with doing RC and being self aware.

I really need to motivate myself to do RC's because I always forget to. What is it that helps you guys to do an RC everyday? Please help.

You just need to have a great desire to Lucid Dream. I'm always thinking about it. Read around, get excited and enthusiastic. It should come in time. Short of that I believe there's an app that reminds you. Hope I could help.

Give yourself a trigger to do so.

Example: Years ago I worked in a busy touristic store. I told myself that for every time I saw a client with a blue shirt, I would do a reality check. For every one I saw, I would look at my hand twice and count my fingers, or a brief look at my hand if the client needed my immediate help. This is one example, but share briefly with me a little about your life, what do you spend most of your time doing? No need to give you detail, just to have an idea to give you a more clear idea!

I actually not that busy. Infact, I have a lot of free time. Its just that I forget to do a RC everyday which makes me angry at myself.

You can download an app that you decide how many times it will remind you to do a reality check a day.

      Its really helped me out.
