Thread: Suggestions.

I have only had 4 and a half lucids since Ive joined this site back in December 2008. A lot of times I find myself saying lucid dreaming is so hard, That I will never accomplish it and that my dreams will never be vivid. I recently realized that thats been my reason for not having really any lucid dreams or vivid dreams, Because I have had no confidence in the subject. So for all of you people having problems and saying its impossible. Instead just tell yourself lucid dreaming is easy, That if not tonight you will have a lucid dream tomorrow. The reason it is so hard for all of you is because you make it that way. You get your mind set on lucid dreaming being so hard. Its not really as hard as it sounds. You just make it that way yourself. SO just have a little confidence.
Also I have recently caught myself lacking on doing RCs throughout the day. Immediately I decided this has to stop. Another thing is, you guys get so disappointed because you try and force yourself to have a lucid. And when you don't your frustrated as hell. You guys need to build up confidence in lucid dreaming. And some confidence in yourself. Instead of saying "Im never gonna have a lucid dream" say "I will have a lucid dreaming, Maybe not tonight, Maybe not tomorrow but at some point I will have a lucid" You guys just need confidence. Of course you must work hard to achieve great things (Lucid Dreaming) But just get some confidence in yourself. After you have confidence in your ability to lucid dream. THEN try having a lucid.
If any of you guys have read Stephen Laberge's book, He says ANYONE can lucid dream.
