i would suggest just saying "Open eyes" when you are lucid, maybe that would help. Otherwise just try to open your eyes but be aware that you could possibly be opening your real eyes in waking life. So either way, when you open your eyes, do another Reality Check to see if you are still dreaming..

Try things that would reveal the fact that your vision was obstructed but no longer is. For example, realize that your palm is pressed against the bridge of your nose and that you are covering your eyes, and slowly raise it. Things like that.

I had this problem too; whenever I opened my eyes, I woke up. Unfortunately I never figured out how to fix it, it just went away after several lucids.

You could try spinning and visualizing a dream scene.

Well as long as you know you are dreaming, try rippin off your eyelids. I mean yeah it sounds gory, but hey, you won't hurt yourself in a dream!

Personally, I wouldn't try opening my eyes. Too much chance of waking myself up if I do that. Rather I'd try to stop paying attention to my eyes altogether. Just focus on the dreamsensations around you instead, and sooner or later you will begin to see things. At least, that's how it always works for me.
