stopping real time in a LD

i have read that it is possible to slow down real time in a lucid dream so that it can last days. one guy said he stayed in a lucid dream for 100 years but i dont believe it. the thing i read said you could visualize yourself inside the dream for days or say stop time. i want you guys to try this out and twll me what happens

Our experiences flow from moment to moment. One thought begets another thought. In other words u can't get to 3 without first passing 1 and 2. If i understand what ur asking for correctly it's not really slowing down time, more it's compressing time. You want to spend say 2 days in a dream and wake up to find it's only been one day because in effect time was moving faster in ur dream then in waking life. So to get to 3 faster u obviously need to pass 1 and 2 faster. This might be possible if there were a way to speed up the activity of the brain. but for 1 night of say 3 hours of dreaming to equal 100 years ur brain activity would have to be about (1/8 x 1/365) / 100 = .0000034...or about 3 trillion times faster then it's current state. I just don't see that happening.

You don't slow down real time... you speed your perseption in dreams so that it seems like it is going faster, dunno to wich extent but whatever.
Unless you like fake memories, that works so good for experiencing a lot inside a small dream.
