      a dream and a couple of q's...

      i recently had my first lucid dream :
      i was in a building, where these triads were chasing me up the stairs and i was with this guy. then my dream started to fade an i screamed "dont wake up!!!". i then was lucid and my heatbeat was so loud for some reason. i then had a false awakening and lost lucidity.
      Q: is it normal to be lucid somehow with this way?
      Q: carefully explain to me - whats a noseRC?
