Binaural beats making me less aware?

I've been trying to listen to
      a) SHARM's meditation entrainment (theta level)
      b) The SubliminalLucid3.0 track
      and
      c) I-Doser's Lucid Dream track

However, I've found that I'm having my first dreams on memory in which I have no idea I'm dreaming and have no control. Has this happened to other people? Is this just a learning curve?

This is the 3rd night I've listened to at least one of those tracks. On the first night, I think I just did I-Doser while falling asleep, so I may not have heard all of it. On the second night, I listened to the whole thing, and got the first dream described in my dream journal (in which I did realize I was dreaming and had some superpowers, but didn't feel lucid or conscious in any way). The third night, I listened to all three (in the background), but cut off the I-Doser track halfway through (it was 7:00 AM, so I was too tired to finish the track), and had a completely oblivious dream again (the second one in my dream journal)

Now, the two nights where I didn't complete a track (while conscious) were the two nights I had unaware dreams. I'm not saying it's a pattern, but it's possible. Has anybody else had this experience?
