Thumbs up Is it good for beginning?

Well I had my first LD last night finally! But it was very messy. I was in a house when I suddenly did a reality check (I tried no special tecnique to do this as I had the past few nights, and i did the nose reality check). Although I knew it was a dream it was VERY unstable and still blurry as if it was a normal dream. I tried walking but soon I lost all traces of lucidity wothin 10 sec.
On the up side I wasn't excited to almost wake myself up, but I did lose lucidity.
So how would thus be for my first LD???

Well, congrats on your LD. As long as you knew you were dreaming its good. If you put some effort it will surely become more stable and longer in future.
      Keep up ! (Y)

congrats on your first LD! !! A good way to keep the dream stable is as soon as you become lucid, just stand still for a few seconds and let all your surroundings come into focus.. It seemed you didn't get too excited by what you said, but it's also a good idea to just calm yourself while you wait for all the stuff to set it.. which it seems you did on that end.. maybe next time things will be more clear

      good job!

Well I think since I had my first LD I may try WILD because I have had Sleep Paralysis all the time since I was 6 so it probably won't be hard to acomplish this!!!
You did not want to see me at 6 when my first one came in... I felt a strong wave of weight and some guys talked about underwear (yeah I don't know) so I listned in not even freaking out. Then a guy laughed and a very strong wave took me over and I started turning while fingers tickled my body! But I'm not afraid of that anymore!
