I find it impossible to get 8.5 hours of sleep these days since I work a full time job, making it difficult for me to WBTB. I also have many things on my mind going on at once during the day, and this keeps me from doing frequent RCs.

I am very familiar with WBTB + DILD/WILD techniques and have successfully attained lucidity with both, although most frequently with DILD.

My biggest obstacle at the moment is that I have to wake up for work at 6:45 every morning. This would mean that I would have to wake up at 4:00am to WBTB and at that time I am usually WAY too sleepy and unfocused to DILD, let alone attempt a WILD.

Do you guys have any tips from your experiences that may help me? I just need to find a way to feel awake and refreshed enough to WBTB.

Also, if you have good experience and techniques for LD-ing during afternoon naps, please let me know of those as well; I have tried and failed at all attempts but one over the past 2 years.
