well it can become a fine line. Because if one thinks to much about having or wanting a lucid dream while they are trying to sleep, can keep them awake and not have a full deep sleep. This is because thier thoughts are so much concentrated on Lucid dreams that sleep and and a dream itself may never occur that night. Though, believing and having that confidence that you know you will have a lucid dream helps a lot. Thinking about lucid dreams does help. I just thought I would mention when the thinking becomes to intense and at the wrong moment. Thinking about lucid dreams in a way to which what you want to do in that lucid dream helps as well. |
