      Lower recall?

      Hai ^^

I've started practicing LD's about a week ago (bit more, maybe), and I started keeping a DJ as well. Last week was the last week of my holidays, so I was rested, and could sleep how long I wanted to, and my dream recall was pretty good at that point. But now, school has started again, and for 3 days, I have only been able to recall fragments. Is it just that I have to find my rhytm again or anything of the sort? Tips would be greatly appreciated!

You can always try waking in the night to record your dreams. I set my alarm in 2 hour increments throughout the night and record my dreams upon awakening. It is much easier than trying to remember everything in the morning. Try and record your dreams as soon as you wake up. I mean have pencil and paper at your bedside. The movements you make or activities you perform prior to writing down your dreams can hinder your recall ability. Good Luck in your future efforts!
