I've had some SP creepy experiences but they seem to vary a little on what happens.

For example, this night i had a strange dream. When i tried to wake up from it i found myself on bed watching my wall (was dark but i had some light from the window) and couldn't move at all. This is the third time i found myself in a situation like this and it lasted for about 20 seconds. No terrifying visions this time.

I think that when you wake from a dream and you can't move it is less likely for you to have that creepy stuff as it happened to me 3 times and i didn't see anything scary. But when i try to go the inverse way Awake->SP->LD i usually have some creepy experiences and sensations. Don't know if this is always like this but from my experience it is like this to me.

Ah, and btw, when you get used to those sensations they aren't creepy anymore because you know they aren't real and you have experienced them some times before. Just don't give up on first try because you found it terrifying. Each time you face your fears they lose the impact they got on you the first time a little.

Well I've not personally experienced SP. But my advice to you is to just let it do its thing and sort of watch it. Be fascinated by it instead of scared by it. And of course, use it for WILDing.

If you are wanting to try WILDing, and you are having a hard time getting SP again, try to remember you're feelings and what you saw etc. This may help a lot.

Of course its scary, if you don't know what it is. You wake up and you are frozen in place, maybe you see some thing? Not much worse than that. However if you know what it is, then its totally harmless.
