By your deffinition, I am a master LDer since I have had 3 LDs in the past 4 nights and I have only tried 4 times. Hehe I dont think that is what you mean you should put some time limit on how much. But if you want to hear my opinion I would say waking up 6 hours after going to sleep then think a bit about LDing and go back to sleep. |

Try to read about LD'ing every night before sleeping (or at least think about it) as well as right before you take a nap. Also, KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL! I can't stress that last one enough. I thought that my recall was good enough, since I usually remember my dreams from the night before quite clearly, but after starting one I could remember three to four dreams every night. And the more dreams you remember, the better you know what to look for to tell if you're dreaming or not. |

I don't think I could really call myself a LD master, but I think I'm experienced enough to give my input. I'd say a pretty important part of lucid dreaming is practice. You have to really work at it, give it time. That includes spending a few minutes each day to keep a dream journal, meditate, all the basics. |
