      Why when I get Lucid I lose My Lucidity and Dream?

      Hello

      Last night I get aware that I am Dreaming, But I lost my Lucidity and I woke up

      Why? and any solutions?

      when I knew that I am dreaming. I just wake up. i don't control my dream.

      in the same time I get counsciouss that i am dreaming. the dream stop

      i told my self to build garden and bllue sky. but don't happen, just darkness. and I woke up immediately.

      And sorry for my bad english.

      Welcome to dreamviews Marwanin!

      This is a very common thing with newer lucid dreamers, the excitement probably overcame you. Spinning or looking at your hands can help stabilize your dream. Also when you wake up don't move, just lie there and you should soon enter another dream, this method is called DEILD (dream exit induced lucid dream).

      Also please don't double post, somebody will eventually get to you so that extra post was not needed Just be patient dreamviews is full of helpful people.

      Was this your first time? You might have just gotten too exited. I did that once a month for four months before I could get a hold on it. Don't worry though, control comes with time and patience. Practice makes perfect

      Well, as said above, you probably got too exited. Most people get that on their first.

      What you need to do is, just calm yourself the moment you become lucid.
