Ok, it has been almost a week since I have joined DV. I have been trying so hard each day, and I'm always being optimistic. I have been constantly doing RCs about every 5-15 minutes, and my dream recall is getting really good. |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]

That's exactly the attitude that will get you lucid. If you really believe you will have one, it's much more likely you will. |
|
If you believe you are ready, then you are! Before bed, don't only think/say you are positive, but truly convince yourself that it will happen. I mean, change your entire frame of mind to think, "I'm awesome at LDing. It is so easy. I having one tonight for sure!" Pretty much act like you are the greatest lucid dreamer in the world and truly convince yourself that this is true. |
