      Yes, I've noticed that dreams quickly change. Sometimes it can be a little annoying when you wake up and realize that you didn't notice it. It could be that the brain just has so much to get to that it's sort of compressing the experience so it has time to process everything it needs to.

      I think of dreams as sort of a hard drive defrag for the mind. It's skipping what it deems to be irrelevant details.
