hello!
I was reading that it takes 30 days aprox to get an habit.
let's say, you do something for 30 days, and then it will become almost automatic...an habit.
but what about conscious awareness?
we talked a lot about this, about being aware on real life.
but what if we are aware during 30 days, will it become an habit?
but, how can be aware become an habit if you need a conscious effort to do it? if not, then It will be automatic, unconscious.
