itschemistry, I've noticed a lot of different factors have affected how well I can remember my dreams. Have you been taking any psychotropics more / less than usual lately? (I'm thinking alcohol and caffeine). Have you been prescribed any new prescription drugs? Have your eating / drinking habits changed? (Types of foods, eating more or less). Your sleeping times? (Have you changed your times that you are sleeping at, and are you sleeping longer or shorter?) |

It could be stress, any of the above factors, or it may just be a dry spell. Try chanting a mantra in your head before sleep each night, something like, "I WILL remember my dreams," with plenty of determination. That method has really helped me, and it did it very quickly...I went from 0 dreams to 3 per night within 3 weeks! |
