      Dreamt of having a WILD?

This morning, I woke up at 5:55 or so, stayed up an hour, and then went back to bed. I wasn't trying for a WILD or anything. I never have. I was just trying to go to sleep, hoping for a lucid dream.

Somewhere along the line, I merged into a dream, not noticing it. My body felt like it crunched up and started spinning around a few times. Whenever I tried to stop it, I had little control of my body, or even my eyelids. They felt so heavy I couldn't get them open, no matter how hard I tried.

At the time, I thought I was accidentally WILDing, but that wouldn't make sense. Sleep paralysis doesn't happens every time you lie down after, feel like that, or keep you from opening your eyelids. I'm sure I was dreaming.

At one point, I suppose I dreamt of finally having a lucid dream. But it felt weird, was dark and unvivid, and when I yelled "Clarity now!" it suddenly got darker and dimmer, every time.

This was a very weird experience, do you guys think it was just a normal dream?

      Thanks, everyone!

if you knew you were dreaming and were "there" then it was a lucid, otherwise no

I once had an experience where I was in a nonlucid at some sea shore and tried to wild there, and that's how I became lucid. I only realized the first part was a nonlucid after I woke up.
