Here we can rate our own abiltities, and then see what we need to work on to become a better lucid dreamer. When you grow in your abilities, come back and edit your stats.

rate yourself 0-10 - 0 being not at all/never tried - 10 being master/all the time


RC = Reality Check - how often do you check during the day? how often do you check in dreams?

DR = Dream Recall - whats your dream recall like?

DS = Dream Sign - do you know your dreamsigns?

DILD = how good are you at having Dream Induced Lucid Dreams?

MILD = how about MILDs?

WILD = What about Wilds?

DC = Dream Control - How well off are you at controlling your dreams?

F = Flying - how is your technique?

DT = Dream Travel - Can you open a door and walk into another dream scene? Can you close your eyes/spin and be in a new scene? How well?

DV = Dream Vividness

DST = Dream Stability

DSH = Dream Sharing

DD = Dream Dying

DM = Dream Meditation

S = Dream Sex

AP = Astral Projection

OOBE = Out of Body Experience

WBTB = Wake Back to Bed

T = Theory
