Smile I was definitly lucid, but...

This morning I had 2 really cool lucids. One of which I'm currently talking about.

Ok, so in my dream, I lay on the couch in the living room and my mom is in the kitchen. In my dream, I wake up, and I instantly think that I am dreaming. After all, I wouldn't just instantly be up off of the couch and awake. I had fallen asleep! So, I became lucid. Then, my mom is still in the same place as she was before I had "fallen asleep". AND, I'm even still laying on the couch, as if, that's my real body and the current body I was in was "my dream body". Oddly enough, I totally get that it's a dream, but I don't realize that I had never fallen asleep on the couch moments ago, and that I was actually in my bed, at night. I still totally, again, get that its a dream, but I didn't understand that what happened before was a dream. It's kinda weird...

      Thoughts?

Yup, confusion like that can happen.
But as long as you know that you are dreaming, you can have a full quality lucid

Yeah, I know, and it was a great lucid!

False memories can be annoying, that's for sure. But then again, if you master them, you can live a lifetime every night. Congrats on the lucids
