Hi Everyone...
Im new to the site...but i guess you all probably know that haha...
i came across this website because i have the gift to dream...which is what i call it lol I didnt know that what i could do had a name, so when i stumbled across lucid dreaming on wikipedia...i was like hey i can do that!!
Anyway...lately i have been having vivid dreams...very very very vivid...ive always been a dreamer..since i was a kid...and i loved to dream because i was able to control everything in it....but lately they have been so real feeling..that when i wake up, i am so confused..and am convinced they have happened. These dreams arent lucid..they are just so extremely real it freaks me out. i am able to recall everything, and last night, went back into the dream 6 times...(woke up 6 times and then went right back into the dream at the same spot as i left off) Is there names for these things? ive only come across the term lucid dreaming.
Also, i have always had a weird gift to dream the near future. nothing intense...but little things. is this all in my head?
one last thing...i am on anti depressants to treat anxiety..and i was wodnering if they can influence dreaming?? because of the seratonin?
any ideas??
