right, through my past experiences in this forum I have learned that trying to stay absolutely still while trying to WILD is incorrect, and all of these induction techniques (including the latest reverse blinking technique) all aim at allowing you to keep some sort of awareness. So I now think it's laughably simpler |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique

Yeah, isn't it just waiting and searching for the "aha erlebnis" the point where you say, AHA this is it. |

Longterm Goal: Be a master of my dreams
Midterm Goal: Stay motivated in LD-ing
Shortterm goal: Stay lucid for a long time
Total LD: 35(11-06-2010)
Be rested - meditate - wake up and write down
Nope. The key to the WILD is falling asleep. First and foremost. Awareness and retaining consciousness is secondary to that. |

I agree with yuriy. When i first decided to try and WILD a couple years ago, i read all that stuff about the body "testing" you to see if your asleep. And it trying to "trick" you and how you werent supposed to move a muscle, or swallow, because if you did everything was ruined. |

The best way I can describe how I do it is that I place a sentinel of intention to help recognize the transition into the dreamworld and snap me into full awareness. |
