      Lucid dreaming and seasons

      I just started noticing something that I had to post about.

      When I joined last October I had immediate success in lucid dreaming. That lasted till about March. I started having less lucid dreams and I just sort of gave up on trying. I still had a few every so often over the next 6 months, but not very often.

      Then just recently I started having a bunch again.

      The only thing I can thing of to explain this for me would be the temperature. Just as it has started getting cold here at night, I'm starting to have many LDs again. Last night was the coldest night so far and I had 4 LDs.

      In the summer I keep my thermostat at 76-78 and in winter I keep it at 66-68 so there's a big difference in my apartment between October-March and April-September.

      Could just be coincidence or just me, but has anyone else noticed anything like this?

      when I first started last year I has 3-4 per week, however as time went on the number gradually declined. in the last 1/2 months I have I think 1 per week. I have little idea why
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

      yea I noticed I had more in the winter.

      You should have suggest this in the research team section.
