      Unhappy Fix my sp!

      Guys... I have terrible news...

      My SP got messed up!

I have no idea why, but for a couple of months now, I didn't experience a "normal" SP, but this:

I get into a somewhat aware state, and I snap back to reality, and I start hearing the increasingly loud sine wave noise, and I get into SP. And then, I start to get an increasing pain in my body at random locations.

Today, I had it in my back. I said "okay, let's try to WILD", so I started spinning, and got into a lucid dream. I tried to get away from my room, but I got sucked back into my body, and back in SP. So I said, "okay, let's have some fun with HI."

So I was waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting, but all I got is increasing pain in my back. NO HI at all, the sound got stuck at a relatively high level, but didn't go louder as it did a couple of months ago.
And the pain got so intense, that it started pushing my back upwards!

Then, the movement snapped me out of SP.

If you have any good SP strengthening methods, I beg you to share them with me. Maybe I just need to fear SP, like I did months ago, and the HI would get fixed...

Also I have no idea about this pain phenomenon, but my back still hurts... It's scary...

hmm if you stay still constantly while trying to WILD that could cause that
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
