      hypnosis tapes

      Hi I just started using tapes and personal recorder for various self-hypnosis topics like self-confidence and better sleeping. I would really appreciate any scripts people may have on things to include in a self-hypnosis tape that would help me enter lucid dreaming. Please let me know if you have anything? @ [email protected] thanks! Also if anyone has any good links... this is all new to me.

      I had the same idea since hypnosis was the way I gained lucidity within three days of attempting in the first place. But then I found that they're were already more effective lucid dream hypnosis tapes out their.
