Is this Lucid dreaming really safe?????

I've read some posts and people say go back into your dream and do such and such. It's just really weird to me to hear that as I thought that that was playing around with things and other spirits may come in and try to mess with you and even trick you. I know that there are many spirits out there and you have to really be safe and careful. I thought you might open yourself up to something that may not be good because it would be like a self induced action. I know people have different beliefs but it was just wierd and made me ponder. I see things all the time in the spirit, I dont try to go back in or do something myself, it just happens. I personally believe God shows us what He wants us to see and we dont have to try and go back in or anything. Maybe its me, I dont know.... I know things can get deep. I just want everyone to be safe and careful.

      God Bless you All!!!

LDing is perfectly safe. You don't have to worry about anything. Sorry, I don't have anything like scientific evidence or anything, maybe someone else may. But this is what I know: I've had a lot of LDs and nothing bad has happened to me, and I've never heard of anything bad happening to anybody because of them.

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

Of course it is! I have never heard of anyone getting injured or killed by lucid dreaming. The only thing that I could think of that is bad with lucid dreaming, is sleep loss, and scary hallucinations. But these only happen if you make them.

In the WILD technique, you will most likely have to get up in the middle of your sleep. There is the sleep loss. Also in the WILD, you might experience hallucinations. But that is only if you try to WILD.

From all I know, this is 100% safe.

Completely, totally, unquestionably safe. It is possible to experience pain in your lucids, but you can overcome this easily by making yourself immortal. Even if you die in a dream, you'll just move on to whatever, really. People die all the time in their lucids and go on to experience whatever version of the afterlife they see fit. That, or they just respawn somewhere else.

I say go for it. Nothing to lose, and worlds to gain.

The one and only danger associated with LDing is have a reality check "succeed" in waking life and thinking you're in a dream when you're actually not.

Usually, that just turns out to be funny more than anything else, but it could end badly if they don't figure out it's not a dream and do something crazy like jump out a window.
