I've never had that happen to me. How long has this been going on for you? Has it just recently started? Perhaps it is trying to indicate that you aren't getting enough sleep. Is this in your lucid dreams or regular dreams? |

I feel so tired. It's not that I really am in real life, cause it's the morning so when I do wake up, I'm not bad. But I feel so tired a lot of the time, like I have to be on my toes to look at my hands so that I won't wake up. Well, that's my method and it works, but it doesn't work every time (you know, to stabilize it). There may be some other reasons...but IDK. |

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

This hasn't recently started, I beleive that I get this in a lot of my LDs. And I certainly do get enough sleep, 8 hours, and today I got like nine and a half hours, so, yeah... And I'm just talking about in some of my LDs, not regular dreams, I think that if I would be in a normal one that would have to do with the plot in a way, but I don't think so for LDs... |

Wow I had no idea you could be tired while sleeping. |

if you're tired later in the day it is most likely because you are not getting enough sleep or not eating right (eating junk instead of healthy foods). A good workout also helps. |
