Post Why does it seem like in lots of my LDs...

I feel so tired. It's not that I really am in real life, cause it's the morning so when I do wake up, I'm not bad. But I feel so tired a lot of the time, like I have to be on my toes to look at my hands so that I won't wake up. Well, that's my method and it works, but it doesn't work every time (you know, to stabilize it). There may be some other reasons...but IDK.

Thoughts? Does this happen to anyone else?

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

I've never had that happen to me. How long has this been going on for you? Has it just recently started? Perhaps it is trying to indicate that you aren't getting enough sleep. Is this in your lucid dreams or regular dreams?

This hasn't recently started, I beleive that I get this in a lot of my LDs. And I certainly do get enough sleep, 8 hours, and today I got like nine and a half hours, so, yeah... And I'm just talking about in some of my LDs, not regular dreams, I think that if I would be in a normal one that would have to do with the plot in a way, but I don't think so for LDs...

You also haven't had any LDs for this in particular to happen to you.

Wow I had no idea you could be tired while sleeping.

Is it like reverse-sleepiness? you start getting tired of dreaming and want to wake up in order to rest your mind? If so that is hilarious.

if you're tired later in the day it is most likely because you are not getting enough sleep or not eating right (eating junk instead of healthy foods). A good workout also helps.
If you are tired in your lucid dreams, it could be because you are not fully lucid and still in a gloomy normal dream environment, because that's happened to me. But in a good LD you should feel energized.
