1. Which type of lucid dream do you have more often: DILD or WILD?

2. To which type of lucid dream (DILD/WILD) do you put more effort?

Everyone is different. Some find one technique easier than the other and some have one kind more often than the other.

Myself, DILD is my only lucid so far, so I'm going with DILD, but I would like to WILD.

My signature pretty much answers the first question.

I put more effort into DILD, because I had no idea what WILD was until it happened spontaneously. I put way less effort into WILDing because I only like to do it on days I get to sleep in (which is once a week if I'm lucky).

That's impressive, you're having LDs on a nightly basis?

Personally, I've only had DILDs. I'm pretty sure I could go through with a WILD if I tried some more, but it's a bit difficult since I have stupid sleep patterns.

DILDs, I just don't think I'm cut out for WILD. I've never experienced any form of SP, HI, or anything ever in my life, the several times I've tried I can't lay still, and frankly it sort of freaks me out.
