right this is not a question more of an observation. I went to bed with a slight headache, but during the lucid dream I was very clear headed and felt very pleasant. when I woke up I still had the headache.
Yeah, people who live with chronic pains sometimes say that they don't have said pain during dreams. I wonder if lucid dreaming could be used as a kind of psychological relief and resting time, serving the purpose of a massage or chiropractic visit?
I often go to bed with headaches, because I stay up so late. From the dreams I recall, I don't have headaches, but they aren't lucids, so this could be subjective.

Yeah. But I don't see why being lucid would effect whether or not you are hurting in your dream. Your feelings in dreams, like of pain and such, can be totally unrelated to the feelings felt in waking life.
