I guess the simplest explanation is because your mind isn't connected to your body, which is feeling the headache. That's happened to me too, a few times. I used to get bad migraines and when I dreamt, they'd always vanish. |

right this is not a question more of an observation. I went to bed with a slight headache, but during the lucid dream I was very clear headed and felt very pleasant. when I woke up I still had the headache. |
