Everyday, when i go to sleep at night, i wake up early hours, definetly before 6am, mostly around 4ish. And sometimes i remember the dream, sometimes i dont. I go back to bed have a dream, wake up write it down. It seems like im automatically waking up a 5am or more. This is good for me, because then i can try and do a technique and have a lucid dream. But is this healthy? This seems to be my sleep cycle lately. Thoughts? |
