      Is this healthy ?

Everyday, when i go to sleep at night, i wake up early hours, definetly before 6am, mostly around 4ish. And sometimes i remember the dream, sometimes i dont. I go back to bed have a dream, wake up write it down. It seems like im automatically waking up a 5am or more. This is good for me, because then i can try and do a technique and have a lucid dream. But is this healthy? This seems to be my sleep cycle lately. Thoughts?

well, it depends on when you go to sleep and when you wake up to get out of bed. if you're goin to bed at midnight and waking up at 6-7, that means with the waking up at 4-6 and maybe and hour to do a technique, you're getting 5-6 hours of sleep. that isnt healthy. now if you go to bed at 10 pm, and wake up at 6-7 (like i do), you can get 8 hours of sleep if you dont do a technique, which is the recommended amount of sleep, which is healthy. so what time do you wake up/ go to bed?

If you go to bed at the same time every night, then your REM cycles should end at about the same time each night as well. You usually wake up several times during the night without realizing it because of this.
