When you say SP can get "violent" what happens? =O

This makes me not want to try a WILD.

So, has anyone expiernced pain, or something?
I thought since you're in sleep PARALYIS, you don't feel anything?
This makes no sense to me.
Like i said, I might not want to do a WILD anymore...

It's not the SP that's scary, it's the HH/HI before it I think... right?

I've heard people say they hear horrible screams, or pounding, or yelling. I've heard one person say they "felt" like they were being shaken

It's something you have to do to see what happens for you. Most people only hear whispers or other very mild feelings(vibrations, itchyness)

I only feel vibrations and itchyness. HI is spots of colored light. Nothing big for me. I think it's fun

Again, just try it. If there's something you feel uncomfortable, just tell yourself it can't harm you. After a few times, you'll get used to it and won't be a big deal

Yes, I think the whispers and sounds will scare me the most.
I can just picture myself snapping my eyes open, getting frightened by it, of course, making any progress go away. Just the fact that I'm still awake. It's almost as if your nightmares are coming to life. Well, that's how it sounds, at least.

I've tried a WILD before, and didn't really get anywhere. I never saw any colors, or scenes. I think it was because it was early in the day. Around 2:30 p.m. My body and mind was in no position to shut down. Or at least, partially shut down. =P But I don't think it will be a very good technique for me anyways. I'll stick to DILDing.
Hehe. I'm getting quite good. Only 8 lucids so far...Or that I know of.
I could've had more, just don't remember them. xD
