I need some tips and advice please!!! =]

Okay, thank you for clicking here.

Here are some of my questions.

1.) Tips on how to summon people. (I just can't do it, no matter how hard I try!)

2.) Techniques on how to change the lighting. (Such as how to change it from moonlight to sunlight).

3.) Things to do. (I never know what to do in my LD's, and always end up waking up after about 1 minute, because I was unoccupied).

4.) How to chase away nightmares. (Had an LD in which someone was chasing me with a knife. I panicked, and screamed: "Wake up, wake up, wake up!!!!")

That's it for now, thanks for reading.

Also would like to say, had my 2nd MILD last night. That technique works SO well!

      Here we go,

1.) If you havent tried this, try it. In your ld say to yourself, when i turn around i will summon or see right next to me (whatever you are summoning) 80% of the time it will be right next to you

2.) Make a scale, at the bottom put lighting, at the top put moon and sunlight or something like that, and move the scale, it might work.

3.) Always, rub your hands or spin around to increase you vividness and lucidity of the dream before you do anything, just to get used to it. Things to do :

      FLY
      SUMMON SOMETHING
GO THROUGH THE CENTER OF THE EARTH
CHANGE THE DIMENSION TO WHATEVER YOU WANT
      PILOT A UFO
      VISIT THE GALAXIES
      SHOW YOUR FRIENDS YOUR POWERS
      MAGIC
TELEKINIS (MOVING THINGS WITH YOUR MIND)
      INVISIBILITY
      ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OFF
FIND YOUR DREAM GUIDE BY SUMMONING IT, AS MENTIONED ABOVE ^^^^^^

4.) If you had a LD of this, try gaining control and turn around and beat him up or vanish him.

Hmm, I'll have to try some of those.

For summoning people, I do do that techinique, and it never works. I guess I'll have to try harder next time.

And about the nightmares...That's just it. I'm too scared to go beat him up.

But, thank you for your advice! I'm definitley going to try some of the things you suggested. =D

1.) Send them a letter, asking them to arrive in your next dream. Or call them up, and ask them to come over in the next five minutes. Or teleport where they are.

      2.) Clap-on, clap-off. It's what I do.

      3.) Sorry, I can't help you with that (nyoro~n).

4.) It's healthiest and least stressful if you befriend your aggressor.

You should try flying (or at least gliding or levitation). That's always fun.
If you think you can do it, you can't. Know you can do it.

as for 4, I've always heard it said that it's much more helpful to overcome the nightmare in some way. EWOLD has a whole chapter on it, if you don't have the book I suggest either buy it or find a PDF copy floating around on the internet (they're out there).

But if you are lucid dreaming in your nightmares, you will know that it is a dream though. So why not beat him up?

      Yeah, I always fly, too.

And, I guess if I am lucid, I should have no problem beating him up...I'll try it next time that pops up.

Also would like to say, had my 2nd MILD last night. That technique works SO well!
      1) - I do one of two things. If I see some DCs in the distance then I say out loud "I would really like one of those people to be XXX" - then when I fly or walk over sure enough one of them is. OR I just say out loud " I want to see XXXX" - then I just wait and carry on enjoying the dream, sooner or later the person will just show up, or the door bell will ring, or I walk into a room and they are there, etc. Try a little patience - dont expect them to immediately appear - let the subconcious work the person into the fabric somehow.

      2) Same as 1. If its dark I say out loud "The sun will come up soon" - sure enougth it does after a few minutes. Use intentional language and wait for the subconcious to work your request in.

      3) Have a goal in mind before you go to sleep. Look at the sigs of many posters - they come up with a list of goals and then tick them off. Or try the task of the month... I normally have 3 or more goals as I can chain LD's together. I normally like to fly around for a while (this never gets old) - then get laid (also never gets old), then I start working on my goals.

      4) Cant help you with nightmares - I have them extremely infrequently and they are normally not lucids.
Every Man and Every Woman is a Star - There is no god but Man.

The word of sin is restriction - Thou hast no right but to do what thy will.

      (1) a. put your hands into a wall and grab the person and bring them out.
      b. ask someone where they are.
      c. if there is a crowd, run into it yelling HEY ****, how are you. You should here a "I'm fine" behind you.
      d. run through a door, the person you are looking for is behind it.

      (2) If you're inside, go outside. I it's light out.

      (3) You might want to spend your next few LDs working on dream control; your LDs after that will be much easier.

      (4) Run right at anyone who gets in your way. When you get to him/her/it, knock'em down and take'em down. If you don't like to fight, run up to them and keep running, straight through them. Actions speak louder than words, exspecially in a dream, so saying you're not afraid is nothing compared to running staight into a guy with a weapon.
