      First time in "Sleep paralysis"

      Hi guys

Im kind of new on DV and i have been asking for some advice in the newbie section, and people helped me out kind of good!

So a couple of nights ago i think i went into sleep paralysis, but i actually have no idea if i did or not since i have never experienced sleep paralysis before (while i was aware of it). I felt that i had a semi hard time moving (i needed to struggle a bit more than normally before my hands would move), and i also felt like my arms were going numb (the kind of numbness you feel when your limbs dont get enough blood). So i am actually asking you guys if these sensations are part of the sleep paralysis?

      Thanks

Those are all normal symptoms of sleep paralysis, yes.

I had the same symptoms yesterday but I think I was also in REM because I felt my eye's moving very fast. I was listening to some music what contained 4hz theta waves.

It was a weird feeling and in front of my eyes was somekind of a light.
I think I was asleep conciosly and therefor it should have been a WILD lucid dream but I didn't start to dream. Then I thought that maybe I should take the headphones off and then the computer was to loud and I was unable to concentrate.

Maybe I was in somekind of meditaion state? I'm also new to DV so I don't know...
