to sleeping normally on your bed it could help .
I've noticed that when i go to sleep elsewhere than at my home i have much more longer dreams
I can relate to this as well - when I first started sleeping at my boyfriends house I used to get lucid dreams all the time. But now they're rare since I'm so used to it :b
