Yeah, I'm right in the middle of a dry spell...though it probably doesn't help that I haven't been putting in as much effort as I should...and that I don't get to bed on time. Heh...
I would say to really put a lot of effort into it. Reality check all the time, strive to attain a consistent state of mental alertness, bust out some mantras, try for a WILD or any of the WBTB methods...pretty much, anything and everything. If you're really desperate, you might want to consider supplements, like melatonin or B6, though I don't know much about these. Above all, though, believe that you will become lucid each and every night. (Also, if your recall has been suffering, go ahead and build it up to a healthy level once more.)
