I have kept it exactly as it goes, I just changed four words. I've seen it about five times so I shouldn't have any trouble visualizing it? |

To tell me what's wrong with my VILD/MILD ( I think that's what it's called.) |

I'm not sure what you're asking. |
Is there anything I'm doing wrong that's causing me to not get this? I didn't move an inch all night. Occasionally one muscle in my body would twitch. Anything to do with SP? |
Or is there any way I could improve this scene? |
Well, the visualization seems fine to me. Maybe you could try to just let it flow instead of fine-tuning every last detail. Try some relaxation techniques before your next attempt, see how that works for you. |
relaxation techniques? Tell me more. |
Like, if you're having trouble drifting off even though you stay still all night, maybe you should try some progressive relaxation or take a hot bath or something before your next attempt, just to relieve excess tension in your muscles. Also you could try this as a WBTB, you'll probably have greater success. |

I can try it right before I go to bed and then every time I wake up? Or just once after I wake up in the middle of the night? |

I had a LD my first night and an unclassified layer of Lucidity that same night. It's not anythign Reece describes. |
I had a streak going a couple nights ago. Then I lost it D: |
I don't see it complex at all. I just keep replaying the scene in my head! |
I get the same thing, just ignore it and let the twitch pass. |
Thanks. |
