Exclamation need help! is this lucid?

from my journal entry when i woke up:

so far my clarity and almost everything involving my dream recall has been horrible, but i remember thinking to myself, "This is a dream because the homeless man has hair in his lungs". I dont remember any visuals from this dream. There were words that i thoguht after about how else it was a dream, but i dont remember that thought. How i would know that a homeless man had hair in his lungs; i dont know, but i think i might´ve been lucid without controlling or in 3rd person when i became lucid? I woke up (i think right after but idk) and i made sure it wasnt a false awakening. When my DR is better, maybe ill know.

can you help me? was this lucid, or was i even asleep?

Well it looks to me like a false lucid/semi lucid. If you was fully lucid then there would be no doubt about it. Being in a lucid dream is like being fully awake inside your dream. None the less it was funny . But hey, on the bright side your dreaming about lucid dreaming so you're on the right track dude. Keep up doing what your doing and more lucids will come soon enough.

If you know you're dreaming, then you're Lucid. Dreaming about lucid dreaming is just a normal dream. Also, you don't have to control the dream for it to be Lucid.

One thing people never mentioned for me, that would've saved me alot of trouble, is that your first few LDs will probably suck ass. It took me close to 5 before I finally had one that was worthwhile, the others were really short, and extremely unclear, not vivid at all, no control, ect. Then after I had quit trying, thinking that was all there was to it, I had an LD one night that was crazy, I got back into LDing after that.
