      So close

      I normally wake up at about 2.30 am after a dream, so I decided to use this to attempt my first lucid. I got to sleep paralysis within a few minutes. I recently read somewhere that you don't have a lot of time before you get stuck in sp, so i tried focusing on spinning, which helped but nothing came of it.
      I can get into a deep sp, but I know I am missing just that tiny something to fully transition. Any help would be appreciated. if you have any instructions please be detailed, I really want to get it right.

      wow, that was super fast. I would, but I usually wake up at 230 right after a long dream, so I assumed then would be the best time.

      Nah. 5-6 hours in is the best! For me, anyways. If you're familiar with reece jones, I transitioned two layers. (trying when I first go to sleep versus 6 hours in)
