      sleeping position

ive always noticed this about myself but i never got to telling someone about it or asking if i am normal, lol...

anyways, whenever i sleep, or getting into a comfy sleeping position, i always put either my right foot underneath left knee or vice versa. its more comfortable for me then sleeping with both feet parallel to each other. does anyone else do this? or did some tramatic event occur in my childhood that screwed me up both mentally and the way i sleep? (the latter being more probable )

I sleep in the exact same position. I think the best position to sleep in is the position you are most comfortable in. Either this is a normal way to sleep or we're both nuts.

      Lol- that makes 3 nutters!!
I always sleep in this position, i tend to get backache if i sleep with my legs straight! I find that if i wake up in the mornin then fall back to sleep in this position i nearly always have a false awakening!

I sleep in a million different positions hehe. I think any sleep position is normal...unless you are like sleeping in the fetal position or something...then you might have problems.

Before i used to have my arm under my pillow, lying on my side, but one day i woke up numb in the arm so that didnt work anymore.
I never find the ultimate sleeping position anymore. And when i dont find it every night i jump on to the next sleeping position on the list, and when that wont work i adjust the sleeping position to embrace sleep. So ive found out that the ultimate sleeping position has to be a floating river of movments that that ends in a snorr of exhausted jibbi de jabble. So i get restless after a while not maniging to sleep.
I wish there was a on/off button in the back of my neck.
