      Before I sleep

Before I go to sleep, I do something. I wait for myself to start visualising a scene, then I pretend that I have become lucid, and do a reality check. then I proceed to basically - trash the place. you know, throw stuff, punch people in the face, anything that is morally unacceptable, basically.

So one night, I do my usual thing, but this time, I picture myself at work, when I suddenly throw my uniform to the floor and throw whatever i can find at my colleagues... this is where the weirdest thing happens - my boss shows up and tells me to clean up my mess... and I get a broom! I'm not even asleep yet, and my mind thought it was real!

After that, I just opened my eyes and stared at the ceiling, wondering what just happened...

so, what happened? was it the beginning of a dream? because it certainly didn't feel like one! :/

Oh my god, the other day when i was trying to wild i did this, and i was wondering about what to think about when i chose to see my self walking and then my mind automatically thought of why i was walking ( apparently i was walking to give someone something) and the it was so vivid.

I was just about to post something just like this.(wierd, huh...)
Sometimes, when my mind is clear(not thinking or concentrating on anything), I will start to visualize stuff with my eyes, closed, of course. I find it the easiest to do right in the morning when I wake up. I will close my eyes and imagine myself doing something, like riding a bike down the street. So I am visualizing and 'feeling' myself riding my bike down a street, when suddenly it's like I am in a dream. I can feel myself on the bike, feel the wind going past me, and then I suddenly think "how did I get here?", and then I will "snap" out of it. I don't remember going from visualizing to suddenly being in what I am visualizing. That happens a lot to me(if you think 2-3 times a week is a lot). I find I can't really do that in the day or before bed. Like, when I visualize myself riding my bike, I can visualizing everything going past me. When I do it later in the day or evening, I can't get everything to "flow" past me. It is jerky...Kinda hard to explain, but it's probably because I have other stuff in my mind that I can't stop thinking about.
Hope this helps, er, at least let you know it happens to me too.
