Thread: Sudden Rememberance?!

Recently I've been remembering 1 or 2 dreams a night now, some linking, some a lot longer than others. But whenever I just think to myself... Suddenly I remember a dream I had about 1 week-3 years ago! And it's actually pretty annoying... Tbh, I cba to write it all down =.=

Sounds interesting. But isn't remembering them after a time better than never?

What I can recommend to you is to lay still upon waking up and trying to remember as much dreams as possible. Don't open your eyes, don't move, just lie there and try to remember them. This will heighten your number of dreams that you remember and thereby reduce the number of dreams you think of after some weeks

once you get really consistent with writing in your DJ, you wont have to worry about remembering old dreams. They'll already be written down, and if they haven't, you could just fill in the blanks.

You don't have to write a dream down if you remeber it from 3 years ago hehe. Any way that is pretty normal. Its like doing something in real life, and remebering it years later. All dreams are probably buried in your memory some where.
