      Sleep Paralysis?

So I havn't posted on this forum in... wow around 3 years haha! But the other night I had what I can only describe as "Sleep Paralysis".

I fell asleep unusually early and began dreaming about something disturbing, I can't remember exactly what it was, but I attempted to wake up. I thought I woke up but I awoke to complete grey blackness, I thought I was awake but I could not move at all. It was like I was trapped in a blank dream and I couldn't wake up. I started freaking out and eventually I broke free and was able to move again and wake myself. If I had remembered anything that I learned on this forum I probably would have not freaked out and seen what I could accomplish while in the sleep paralysis state.

My question is, is there any effective way to do this again? An effective way to induce sleep paralysis? Or what should I attempt to do after I get to the sleep paralysis state again?
Oh... don't worry about that... that's supposed to happen

Search button first, this is a really overdone thread :'(
On topic, if you stay still for long enough (20 minutes average I hear) your body will think you're asleep and you will go into sleep paralysis. At this point, stay focused, and you will jump into a lucid dream.
There are many threads about it if you want more answers.

Sleep Paralysis Tutorial does that mean you'll be able to get it to happen again? no. Not everyone experiences it during a WILD transition. If you ever get to it again. Don't break out of it. Relax and try to think of a dream scene. When things settle down try getting up and RCing if nothing forms.
